| Isoclad structural composite panel is produced on a continuous laminating machine and consists of a "core" of thermally efficient insulant which is bonded between pre-stressed galvanised steel faces.
The complete "sandwich composite" process gives the panel its structurally impressive "free spanning" characteristics and makes it suitable for both internal and external applications. Some of the most common applications where Isoclad panels have been used are: chill and cold stores food production facilities data and distribution centres firewall applications clean rooms pharmaceutical industry applications All facings are available in 0,5mm and 0,7 mm hot dip galvanised substrate. In addition to the extensive colour range that we normally offer, subject to a minimum order , we can colour match any steel to a particular corporate colour. |
